How To Make Zero-Oil Soya Biryani

Welcome to the world of healthy cooking! Today, we'll learn how to make a delicious Zero-Oil Soya Biryani. Say goodbye to greasy and unhealthy meals.

First, soak 1 cup of soya chunks in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess water. This will give the biryani a meaty texture.

In a pan, dry roast 1 cup of basmati rice until it turns golden brown. This will enhance the flavor of the biryani.

In the same pan, add 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped green chili, and 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste. Sauté until the onions turn translucent.

Next, add 1 tsp of biryani masala, 1 tsp of red chili powder, and 1 tsp of garam masala. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

Now, add the soaked soya chunks and 1 cup of mixed vegetables. You can use carrots, peas, and bell peppers. Cook for 5 minutes.

In a separate pot, boil 2 cups of water and add the roasted rice. Let it cook for 10 minutes or until the rice is 80% done.

In a baking dish, layer the rice and the soya-vegetable mixture. Repeat until all the ingredients are used up. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes at 350°F.

Remove the foil and sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and fried onions on top. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
